Yoga in the Golden Years

I have had the privilege and honor to guide students in yoga and fitness from ages 15 -85 years old. As a result of this mixed class, I decided to expand a practice that included postures that were both safe and effective to some of my most dedicated clients. Important safety principles that advance breath capacity, strength, mobility, balance and awareness. My kind practice allows seniors to take a renewing approach into aging in which they can blossom through the best chapters of life.
